People with panic disorders or phobias likely spend their days constantly fearful and anxious.
However, the causes may lie in very unexpected places.
Please unravel the book of truth.
Keywords like "reincarnation" and "past lives" may solve your troubles.
I have selected a mental prescription from the teachings of President Ryuho Okawa to alleviate the worries and suffering caused by panic disorders and phobias.

Panic Disorder
Panic disorder can also be influenced by past lives
In past lives, for example, if someone was walking in the mountains and suddenly attacked and killed by bandits, or killed in a surprise attack, or killed in an alley by a robber, or killed by a robber who entered their home, those who were caught off guard and killed may experience strong anxiety and fear when they are reborn, leading to conditions like panic disorder.
In such cases, when one thinks, "This is unusual by normal standards. Reflecting on worldly causes, it seems insufficient. Looking back at childhood, there seems to be no cause," it is often the case that abnormal experiences from one of many past lives are influencing them.

Claustrophobia
Claustrophobia influenced by past life experiences of being buried alive
Some people have claustrophobia. They might say, "I'm afraid of being trapped. Small rooms scare me, elevators scare me. I'm afraid of being locked in. Anyway, I feel like I might suffocate and it's terrifying." When reading their past lives, it often turns out they have died in such ways. They were killed in situations where they couldn't escape.
For example, if someone was killed in a Nazi gas chamber, they would indeed be extremely afraid of being confined.
In cases where many people died in such a manner, those who died tend to be reborn relatively quickly, but many of them carry that fear.
If one reads back to much older times, the causes of claustrophobia can even trace back to the time of Egypt.
In ancient Egypt, when a king died, the servants and maidens who served the king were sometimes buried alive with treasures in the king's tomb.
The reason for being buried alive was that "the king would be uncomfortable in the afterlife alone. It would be difficult for him to live, so let's send the servants along with him to the afterlife." Thus, the servants died by being buried alive.
In such cases, they likely did not want to die yet, so that becomes karma, manifesting as claustrophobia or a strong fear of being buried alive.

Acrophobia
Past life experiences of falling can trigger acrophobia
Some people are afraid of heights. When they go up high, they feel an overwhelming fear, and when reading their past lives, it is often found that they died from falling from a height.
This can happen in wars, or from falling off cliffs, roofs, scaffolding, or being pushed off buildings. They have some experience of falling in past lives. For such people, the fear of heights is overwhelming.
Recently, if someone who died in a plane crash is reborn, they may develop a fear of flying. They become extremely afraid of getting on a plane.
In this way, the soul carries over various experiences from past lives, and the fears from those past experiences resurface.
If one encounters a major accident in this life, that fear remains as karma, making it likely to resurface in the next life.

Aquaphobia
Past life experiences of drowning can trigger fear
Some people are very afraid of water. They might say, "I'm afraid of entering water. Pools scare me. Rivers scare me. When I see water, I can't help but feel fear."
In most cases, when reading their past lives, it turns out they died in water. Experiences of drowning, water accidents, being killed by water, or dying in floods emerge.
In such cases, immense fear likely lingers in the soul. The fear within the soul manifests as a type of phobia in this life, which is why they feel such overwhelming fear.

Fear of the Opposite Sex
Fear of the opposite sex is like a curse
In cases of 'fear of women' or 'fear of men,' there is often an experience of failure at some point, leading to the birth of fear, causing awkwardness or a lack of self-trust.
In this regard, it is important to reflect on oneself. If you think, "Is that so?" the self-imposed brainwashing or curse may begin to dissolve, which is crucial.
If you can't judge your marriage partner yourself, have someone appropriate judge for you
People who have experienced divorce or those who can't get married for a long time are often suffering from fear of women. Men lacking confidence in women often struggle to assert themselves. Consequently, their negotiation skills also diminish.
Therefore, those troubled by divorce need to find a suitable partner quickly. Additionally, those who remain single for too long may have overly high ideals, so they should either set realistic limits or, if they can't decide for themselves, have someone appropriate judge for them.
For issues you can't decide on yourself, you can also follow the opinions of parents, superiors, or seniors. Sometimes, it is necessary to entrust decisions to others. While consulting others may lead to differing opinions, at that time, align with the opinion of the person you respect the most or who shares your closest thoughts.
From Ryuho Okawa's book 'The Syndrome of Not Being Able to Be Happy'
If the present changes, the past can also be changed
If you change your present self, you can change the past.
Among those who have achieved great financial success, some say, "It was good that I was poor in my childhood. I worked hard to escape poverty and became what I am now. If I had been rich, I wouldn't have become this way. I became happy because I was poor." From the results, it truly seems that way.
As long as you seek reasons in the past, you are still being naive. If you illuminate your present self, the past will also appear to change.
There can be countless reasons for not being able to be happy if you seek them in the past. However, anything can become a 'seed of happiness.'
Exploring the past and thinking, "That was the cause of this," can be a useful approach and a form of guidance, but in reality, if your present self changes, the past will appear entirely different.
The past of this life can change, but if you go further, you can also think of the unhappy experiences from past lives as "that was a seed for happiness in this life." You can even go back that far to turn your life around. Have that kind of strength.
If the past can be changed, changing the future is easy. Since it pertains to the future, you can sufficiently change it.
From Ryuho Okawa's book 'The True Relationship Between Mind and Body.'
Diseases and difficult illnesses that cannot be understood collapse at the stage where the person becomes aware of the true cause.
People have various past lives, and many individuals are currently ill due to experiences from their past lives. Therefore, when conducting past life readings for those who have unexplained illnesses or mysterious difficult diseases, it is often the case that the causes of their illnesses, which cannot be understood just by looking at this life, can be revealed.
Then, strangely enough, the same phenomenon occurs as with regression hypnosis. In other words, at the stage where the cause is identified, what can be called "the manifestation of karma" or the reality of karma begins to collapse, and the illness starts to heal. Thus, the illness collapses at the stage where the person becomes aware of it.
This is truly a mysterious thing. It feels strange to wonder why this happens, but when the person comes to understand the true cause, the illness begins to collapse more and more and eventually disappears.
The teachings introduced above are included in the following book.
