First, as a "member", you will deepen your understanding of Happy Science, and for those who wish to learn the teachings as believers, we recommend the "Three Refuges Vow", but it is also acceptable to take the vow directly without going through membership.

The faith form of Happy Science: "Three Treasures Refuge (sanpoukie)"

In the Three Refuges Vow, you pledge to take refuge in the three treasures: the Buddha (Lord El Cantare, President Ryuho Okawa), the Dharma (the true teachings of Buddhism as taught by President Okawa), and the Sangha (the organization). The "Three Refuges" in "Three Refuges Vow" is an abbreviation of the term "Three Treasures Refuge".
"Three Treasures Refuge" means to take refuge in the three treasures.
