[Complete Victory for Happy Science in High Court] All of Hiroshi Okawa's Claims Dismissed

On June 19, 2024, in the appeal trial of the lawsuit filed by Hiroshi Okawa claiming infringement of his emotional honor and freedom of religion against the content of Happy Science’s book, the Tokyo High Court delivered a ruling of complete victory for Happy Science, dismissing all of Hiroshi's claims, just as it did in the first trial.

When Hiroshi filed a lawsuit concerning the content of the book Practical Guide to Fighting Against the Devil's Logic - Exorcism Training -, he declared the case as a shoo-in among multiple lawsuits against Happy Science.

In this High Court ruling, the content of the book was not deemed to constitute infringement of emotional honor, infringement of freedom of religion, or defamation, and all of Hiroshi's claims were dismissed, just as they were in the first trial.

Hiroshi, who has repeatedly suffered defeat in lawsuits, should accept this one too and sincerely reflect on his thoughts and actions.
