Dream of the Birthday - President Ryuho Okawa's Guideline 223 -

President Ryuho Okawa's original work 'Guideline' is serialized in the Happy Science's publication Monthly 'Happy Science'. Posters are displayed at branches nationwide, and it is widely known as the monthly face of Happy Science.

'Dream of the Birthday' is a guideline written by President Ryuho Okawa on July 7 two years ago, bestowed for this month's issue.
July is the month of the Lord's birth, when believers around the world deepen their gratitude to the Lord.
I asked Yoshinori Moroaka from the Happy Science International Headquarters about what he learned from this guideline.

What does it mean for the Lord to have descended...

In this month's bestowed guideline, the content of President Ryuho Okawa's dream is discussed.

The dreams that President Okawa sees have a special meaning, but in this dream, while many Buddhist disciples celebrate the Lord's birth, President Okawa finds himself unable to move.
This is my interpretation, but I felt that it might mean that we do not fully realize the significance and preciousness of 'why the Lord, who is the fundamental Buddha, descended to Earth,' and that 'the Lord is unable to demonstrate His true power.'

As we directly witness the Lord's appearance on Earth, we tend to see it with our 'fleshly eyes,' but I believe that this year's birthday festival is a time to deeply reflect on 'the meaning of the Lord's descent' and offer our gratitude.

People overseas who are convinced that He is 'God'

Most of the believers I meet in foreign countries have never seen President Okawa directly, but they receive the Lord's teachings and perceive His presence directly.

For example, in the Middle East and Africa, many people learn about President Okawa's 'Theory of the Stages of Love' and say, 'Is there anyone other than God who can speak of love in this way?' Many people also cry during original song training and prayer ceremonies, feeling the Lord's vibration.

As I see people around the world learning the Lord's teachings and awakening to a 'spiritual worldview,' I strongly feel that a 'universal truth' that transcends ethnicity and religion is being preached.
I believe that those who can preach this are the parents of all souls of humanity.

July 7 is a historic day when the existence of the primordial God of the universe descended to Earth.
During the month of the Lord's birth, let us gather at Happy Science and express our gratitude for being born in this miraculous era.
