To deepen the understanding of this guideline, I would like to introduce the scriptures of President Ryuho Okawa.
For those who think, 'Isn't the public discourse correct?'
Many modern people fall into hell after death.
Even if we say that democracy is currently based on discourse, if the discourse itself is wrong, then democracy will also result in a 'wrong democracy'. Therefore, the population of hell is increasing and causing trouble. Moreover, persuading people after they come to hell is nearly impossible for many, and it is troubling.

We should aim for development based on spiritual truths.
We do not wish for the development of civilizations based on the belief that 'not believing in gods and buddhas is good' or on pseudo-scientific principles. Under the truth that 'gods and buddhas exist, and our souls continue their spiritual training on this Earth as a magnetic field in the eternal cycle of reincarnation', we want to aim for the development of human society and the realization of God's ideals.

President Ryuho Okawa's original work 'Guideline of the Heart' is serialized in the Happy Science's publication Monthly 'Happy Science'. It is also displayed on posters at branches nationwide and is widely known as the monthly face of Happy Science.
