In this month's 'Guideline of the Heart', President Ryuho Okawa spoke about the true intention behind his continued teachings of various diverse doctrines. Kuriko Funai, the director of the propagation magazine editorial department, who has interviewed over a thousand people and witnessed how people are saved through 'The Net of the Law', will explain.

So far, I have interviewed over a thousand people's faith experiences as an editor of the propagation magazine. The process of interviewing while sharing tears and being close to their souls was a profound emotional and joyful experience, unlike my days as a newspaper reporter before becoming a monk. I have witnessed miraculous recoveries from diseases that even doctors had given up on, and people who rebuilt their lives from the depths of bankruptcy... I have seen how humans can change 180 degrees.

President Okawa has published 2,500 books. When I hear the experiences of believers, the teachings that became their salvation are not just this one book or all these books. It can be this one line or this one piece within this book. A single word among millions of pages of teachings has continued to change each person's life. For each person, the different 'that one word' is why the Buddha continues to weave an immense law from night to day.

The hand of salvation reaches out to all people

I myself suffered from conflicts with my parents and spent my teenage years as a troubled child, living as a person with love deprivation. However, upon encountering faith, I realized that the events before my eyes unfold according to the law of cause and effect, including past lives, and I decided to plant good seeds from this very moment for future happiness and to stand on the side of giving love.

Sometimes, I encounter events that try to shake my faith due to prejudice or misunderstanding, but because I have confidence in the truth of happiness and miracles that I have witnessed over a thousand examples, my heart does not waver. I feel even more compelled to convey the truth.

Even now, the teachings of the Buddha, as well as the teachings of the heart, continue to expand, covering politics, economics, education, entertainment, ways to spend one's later years, and even the laws of the universe. Like the novel 'The Spider's Thread', the hand of the Buddha's salvation is also reaching out to you, and I will continue to deliver this monthly magazine, which is also a 'letter' from the Buddha.
