Complete victory for Happy Science! All claims from Hiroshi dismissed

On December 15, 2022, at the Tokyo District Court, a ruling was issued in favor of Happy Science, dismissing all claims from Hiroshi regarding our book.

This case involved Hiroshi filing a lawsuit claiming infringement of his emotional honor and freedom of religion concerning the content of the book 'Practical Guide to Fighting the Devil's Logic - Exorcism Training -', which he declared as the 'main' lawsuit among multiple cases against us.

The ruling stated that the content of the book does not infringe on emotional honor or freedom of religion, and all claims from Hiroshi were dismissed.

We filed lawsuits against Hiroshi for numerous falsehoods and defamation, and in the defamation lawsuits concerning Hiroshi's YouTube videos and his book 'Separation from Happy Science' published by Bungeishunju, we won both cases, and the rulings revealed numerous falsehoods in Hiroshi's statements.

The Tokyo High Court, in its ruling on the defamation lawsuit concerning the YouTube videos (September 29, 2022), pointed out that Hiroshi stated after the district court ruling, 'Even if ordered to delete the video, I can just create and publish a video with the same content,' and noted that he has not reflected on the defamation and his attitude is malicious.

Despite losing multiple lawsuits filed by us and being ordered to pay damages for many statements deemed false, Hiroshi has not reflected at all and continues to repeatedly disseminate the same false statements in YouTube videos and elsewhere, which is extremely malicious.

We believe that Hiroshi, who repeatedly loses lawsuits, including this one, should accept these repeated defeats and sincerely reflect on his thoughts and actions.
