On October 16, Hiroshi uploaded a video titled '[Horror Footage] How Did They Find Out!? Kofuku-no-Kagaku Staff Invaded My New Home [Hiroshi's Life All-In!!]' (hereinafter referred to as 'this video') on YouTube. This video contains many factual inaccuracies and incorrect opinions about our group, so we will present our group's view as follows.

Guidance for staff is a natural action for the organization towards staff on leave

In this video, Hiroshi criticizes the visit of the organization's staff to his home as 'harassment.' However, Hiroshi had agreed to take a 'leave of absence' rather than 'resign' during a meeting with the organization's personnel department and our legal representative on September 12 of this year, and he is currently on leave. Despite this, he continues to express incorrect opinions about the organization to outsiders. To address these issues, our group's personnel tried to contact him by phone and email. However, since there was no response from him, the organization's staff and lawyer had no choice but to visit his home to convey the issues with the uploaded video. These actions are part of the necessary guidance that the organization should provide.
This time, Hiroshi revealed that he avoided the visit by pretending not to be home. His avoidance of the meeting is tantamount to implicitly admitting that he is making false and distorted statements through the video to make it seem as if the organization is at fault. If he has nothing to hide, he should face the organization openly and have a discussion.

All acquisitions of facilities by the organization follow legitimate procedures

Hiroshi also claims that when our group acquired an apartment in Tokyo, we engaged in 'malicious harassment' to unfairly evict residents, but there is no such fact. The apartment was put up for sale as a property for sale, and it was acquired as a religious facility through legitimate procedures to expand the functions of our group's headquarters.
The residents at the time were asked to leave based on legitimate procedures and mutual agreement.

It is Hiroshi himself who holds elitist views

This time, Hiroshi claims that the organization has an 'elitist ideology.' However, it is Hiroshi himself who thinks he is a 'special chosen being.' Born as the eldest son of the founder and entrusted with entertainment and film projects, he indulged in the feeling of being an owner, while his essential faith had declined to the point where he lacked even the awareness of a member. His lack of education and leadership qualities were exposed, causing significant damage to our group, which led to his dismissal. All of this is due to Hiroshi's own 'elitist consciousness.' Because of his excessive self-awareness as a 'special being,' he could not humbly reflect on his immaturity and lack of effort, and failed to fulfill his responsibilities as an organization staff member.

Teachings filled with 'salvation for salarymen'

Hiroshi also states in this video that our group looks down on salarymen, but there is no such fact. Our group has many teachings, books, training, and prayers related to business and management, such as 'Winning Mindset' and 'Prosperity Mindset.' There is not a trace of the idea of looking down on people struggling in the competitive business world. If there were any notion of despising salarymen or managers, it would be impossible to have numerous scriptures, training, and prayers on work, business, and management.
Also, the phrase 'abandon salaryman mentality' teaches the selfless and self-effacing mindset of serving as a clergy to God and Buddha, and has no derogatory connotation.
Our group aims to realize a world rooted in the values of 'freedom,' 'democracy,' and 'faith.' Democracy is a system where everyone is given an equal opportunity to strive and is fairly evaluated based on the results. This is also the standard for evaluating human resources in our group.

Hiroshi has repeatedly published false and distorted statements to undermine our group, despite saying he 'does not criticize the organization.' This is likely because it increases viewership, but it also proves that he himself cannot 'break away from the organization.' Our group will strictly warn Hiroshi about this mistake and continue to provide strict guidance.
