[Complete Victory for Happy Science Confirmed] Hiroshi Abandons Appeal to Supreme Court

In the lawsuit where Hiroshi claimed defamation of his honor and violation of religious freedom against the content of our organization's book, no appeal to the Supreme Court was made by Hiroshi by the appeal deadline (July 5, 2024), and the complete victory for Happy Science (High Court ruling) has been confirmed.

This case, regarding the content of the book 'Practical Guide to Fighting the Devil's Logic - Exorcism Training -' open_in_new, was filed by Hiroshi and was declared by him as the 'main case' among multiple lawsuits with our organization.

In the High Court ruling, the content of the book was deemed not to constitute defamation of honor, violation of religious freedom, or defamation, and as in the first trial, all of Hiroshi's claims were dismissed.

Hiroshi, who repeatedly loses lawsuits, should accept this and other repeated defeats, and sincerely reflect on his thoughts and actions.
